Our first session will be to gather information and set intentions to have a clear vision for growth. Clear communication around any current health / medical treatments / practitioners is needed. The approach for the session sis custom-fit to each client. Typically 6 - 8 sessions constitutes a beginning program, with one to two intervals in between the sessions. after that session frequency is tailored to individual needs and scheduling options.
